Bear Bones: 2008 Best of the Bears

The pilot episode of Cubs Out Loud was a review of the Best of Bears 2007.

Now the 2008 Best of Bears nominations are now up and *gay gasp*  COL is NOT in the list.  I suggest we start up a write in campaign to get it onto the list and for people to vote for it as the Best Bear Podcast.  But that’s just me.  Lets also try to get this to be a more national vote as I think last year it was more San Francisco centric.

Also, our favorite bear site, Bearciti.com is not nominated either.  This requires a write in campaign as well.  Vote early and tell all your friends to write in.

Check out the instructions on Voting on the Bear Bones site.

Good Luck to all the nominees.

PLANitGAY.com: For All Your GLBT Travel Needs

Monday, January 21st, 2008

The Gay Travel Blog and UTalkMarketing are reporting that a new GLBT travel site is about to be launched, PLANitGAY.com. The site’s goal is to be the most comprehensive GLBT Travel site in North America and Europe. One of the neat features of this site is that any GLBT bar, restaurant, club, hotel and any other venue can make their own page on the site, however, it must be updated at least once a month to stay active. The idea is to make sure that the locations are always accurate. This will help travelers if the business moves or goes out of business. Right now the site isn’t up yet, but it said it was just registered. So, if you’re heading somewhere in Europe or North America, check this site out for all your gay travel needs.
