I listened to your latest podcast this morning on my way to work.
I am an international listener from Toronto, Canada…I lived the past 9 years in Memphis, TN, but now back at home where I belong.
I think I tuned in, around Jan 2009… Love the show, very well done…I left a review in Feb…looks like mine is the last one to have left a review…
But anyways, love the show, keep it going…And timcub, I bought my G1 a few weeks ago…LOVE IT!! So much better (I think) then the iphone…and I had my heart set on buying the new iphone for about 6 months now…a friend of mine at worked told me about the new google phone, I had never heard of it…he told me to google it…well when I got home that night I did…and WOW…great phone..and I bought mine before he got his…

If you are a bear musician, put up your music and it will be accessible to be played by any registered podcaster on the PMN.  You are able see what shows play your songs and when.  I think this is a great way of spreading your music and getting it out there on the internets.  Here’s a definition of Podsafe from the Wikipedia article for artists:

Conventional radio (and television) can present a difficult, and not always logical, barrier of entry for a musician or other media artist involving large sums of money and often a great deal of surrender in both ownership and creative freedom.

In contrast, podcasting, an increasingly popular medium for audio programs, is as a whole very receptive, indeed thirsty for artists and input. This is due in part to the creative and economic nature of the largely independent podcasting community and further fueled by its need to avoid repetition. While a conventional radio show may be able to risk replaying a large part of its music selection from day to day, there would be little point in downloading a music podcast whose selection did not vary significantly from a previous show. Podcasting is thus a voracious medium.
